Welcome to EZYGEN. If you continue to browse and use this website or the EZYGEN app, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy govern EZYGEN's relationship with you. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or app.

The term 'EZYGEN' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Jl. Baturaden 8, Jember - East Java 68121. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website and the person who buys or uses an EZYGEN account. 'The app' means the EZYGEN web application at app.ezygen.net.

1. What EZYGEN is

EZYGEN is a web app that uses AI to generate video, images, voice-over and avatars. It is sold as a one-time purchase through JVZoo. It is not a subscription, and nothing renews.

What your account can do depends on the products you bought. Each product unlocks its own features and quality limits. You may skip any upgrade offered during checkout, and what you already own keeps working. Where a feature depends on another product, the sales page says so. EZYGEN STUDIO and EZYGEN BOOSTER include no credits.

2. Credits

Rendering uses credits. Credits are shared across every tool in your account, and how many a render costs depends on the model, resolution and duration you choose. When your credits run out, renders stop until you add more. Nothing is charged automatically. Credit packs sold inside the app are separate from the purchases made through JVZoo.

3. Your account

Accounts are created from a purchase made through JVZoo. We send an access link to the email address you used at checkout, and you can also sign in with that email and your JVZoo receipt number. Keep your access link and login details private. The account is for your own use, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Please do not share it, sell access to it, or give your login to other people.

4. Your content and what you create

You keep ownership of what you upload to EZYGEN, such as product images, photos and audio ('your content'). You give us permission to process it only to run the service you asked for, including passing it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You promise that you have the right to use everything you upload. If you upload a photo or a voice recording of a real person, you promise that you have that person's consent.

To the extent the law allows, we claim no ownership of the renders you make. You may use them for your own offers, for clients, or as a service you resell. AI output can resemble what other people generate, and we do not guarantee that it is original, accurate or free of resemblance to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish and for following the advertising rules of the platforms you publish on.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EZYGEN to:

  • create or share anything illegal, or anything that sexualizes minors;
  • imitate a real person's face or voice without that person's consent, or to deceive people about who is speaking;
  • harass, defraud or mislead other people;
  • infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, including by uploading material you have no right to use;
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the app itself, or bypass credit limits or access controls.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

6. Files are deleted after 7 days

Generated videos, images and audio, and the project and history records that point to them, are deleted automatically 7 days after they are created. Reference files you upload for a render are removed on a similar schedule. Download anything you want to keep within that time. Avatars and cloned voices you save to your account are not part of this automatic cleanup and stay until you delete them.

7. Purchases and refunds

EZYGEN is sold through JVZoo. JVZoo is the retailer of the product, handles payment, and does not endorse or review it. We do not receive or store your card details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: a 14-day window, with the credit usage limit explained there.

8. Changes to the service

EZYGEN relies on AI models and services run by other companies. We may update, replace or retire individual models, and the number of credits a render costs may change. We will keep the app running as described on the sales page for the product you bought, but we cannot promise that any one third-party model will always be available.

9. Website terms

  • The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
  • This website and the app contain material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
  • All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.
  • Unauthorized use of this website or the app may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
  • From time to time, this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

10. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of EZYGEN. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We do not promise any particular result from using EZYGEN, including any income, sales or advertising performance. See the Disclaimer.

11. Governing law

Your use of this website and the app, and any dispute arising out of such use, is subject to the laws of Indonesia.

12. Changes to these terms and contact

We may change these terms from time to time by updating this page, and the date at the top will change with it. If you have a question about them, email support@vidinstant.com.
