Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Every EZYGEN purchase made through JVZoo has a 14-day refund window. This page explains how it works, so there are no surprises. It covers EZYGEN STARTER, the checkout bump, EZYGEN PRO, EZYGEN STUDIO, EZYGEN BOOSTER and EZYGEN BUNDLE.

The 14-day window

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the date you bought. Each purchase has its own window, counted from its own purchase date. After 14 days, sales are final.

How to request a refund

Email support@vidinstant.com with the email address you bought with and your JVZoo receipt number. If something is not working, we would like the chance to fix it first, and we will help where we can. If you still want your money back, we will not stand in the way.

Please contact us and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue before you open a dispute with your bank or with JVZoo.

Refunds are issued by JVZoo, the retailer, to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

Credits are consumable

Every render uses credits, and each render carries a real computing cost for us that we cannot recover. For that reason, a refund is not available once you have used 30% or more of the credits that purchase included.

For example, EZYGEN STARTER includes 10,000 credits, so the limit for that purchase is 3,000 credits used.

EZYGEN STUDIO and EZYGEN BOOSTER include no credits, so this limit does not apply to them.

What happens to your account after a refund

  • The product you were refunded stops working. Anything else you own keeps working.
  • The credits that product included are taken back. If you have already spent some, the balance goes down to zero rather than below it. Credits you bought separately are not touched.
  • If you no longer own any EZYGEN product, the account is disabled. Generated files are deleted 7 days after they are created, as described in the Terms of Service.

Scope

This policy covers purchases made through the EZYGEN offer on JVZoo. There is no subscription to cancel, and nothing renews.
