This privacy policy sets out how EZYGEN uses and protects any information that you give EZYGEN when you use this website or the EZYGEN app.

EZYGEN is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

EZYGEN may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

'EZYGEN', 'we' and 'us' mean the owner of this website, whose registered office is Jl. Baturaden 8, Jember - East Java 68121. You can reach us at support@vidinstant.com.

What we collect

• When you join our email list: your name and email address.
• When you buy: JVZoo gives us your name, email address, the JVZoo receipt number, which product you bought, and whether the transaction was a sale or a refund. We do not receive or store your card details. Those stay with JVZoo and its payment processors.
• Your account: your email address, the products you own, your credit balance and credit history, your settings, and your project and job history.
• What you upload and what you write: product images, photos you use to build an avatar, audio you record to create a cloned voice, and the briefs, scripts and prompts you type, together with the videos, images and audio generated from them.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, created by our hosting and infrastructure providers when you visit the website or use the app.

What we do with the information we gather

• To create your account and send you your access link.
• To run the service you asked for: generating videos, images, voice-over and avatars from what you upload and write.
• To track your credits and the products you own.
• To handle support requests, refunds and abuse.
• To keep records of purchases, and to improve our products and services.
• To send you emails about your account and purchase, such as your access link and important service notices.
• To send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information, but only to people who joined our email list. Every promotional email has an unsubscribe link.

Your voice and photos

Voice recordings and photos can identify you or someone else, so we treat them with extra care. We use them only to create the cloned voice or avatar you asked for, and we pass them only to the providers needed to do that. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising. Only upload a recording or photo of a person who has agreed to it.

Who we share it with

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. We do use other companies to run EZYGEN, and each one receives only what it needs for its job:

• JVZoo sells the product and handles payment and refunds.
• GetResponse stores our email list and sends promotional email.
• Google (Firebase) hosts the app, your account, your database records and your saved files, and delivers account emails through Gmail's email service.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• WaveSpeed runs most of the AI models that generate images, video and audio. It receives your prompts and any images or audio needed for a render.
• OpenRouter provides the language models that write scripts and prompts. It receives your brief and the text that goes with it.
• MiniMax, through WaveSpeed, creates cloned voices from the audio you provide.
• Shotstack assembles the finished video, so it receives the clips, audio and captions that go into it.
• Pexels and Pixabay supply stock footage for VSL videos. They receive search keywords taken from your brief, not your files.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long we keep it

• Generated videos, images and audio, and the project and history records that point to them, are deleted automatically 7 days after they are created.
• Avatars and cloned voices you save stay in your account until you delete them.
• Your account details, purchase records and credit history are kept while your account exists and for as long afterward as we need them for refunds, disputes, accounting and legal reasons.
• Our email list keeps your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and tracking

We do not run advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this website or in the app. A few things can still store data in your browser:

• The app keeps you signed in using your browser's storage.
• The email sign-up form sends what you type to GetResponse, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
• Our demo video is embedded from YouTube and only loads, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, after you click play.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

Where your data is processed

The companies listed above run their services in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

Children

EZYGEN is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

• whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes
• if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or by emailing us at support@vidinstant.com

Under the data protection laws that apply to you, you may also ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you would like to do any of these, email support@vidinstant.com from the address on your account. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to us as soon as possible and we will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
